Refunds and Returns

Prints and Canvas;

we do not accept returns due to the nature of the business and the contingencies in place to ensure safe handling and product satisfaction before purchase is made.

Merchandise; 

 As each item is handmade and unique we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Workshops;

Due to the nature of organising and preparations of workshops, we do no offer refunds although we encourage you to send a friend. 

Commission works;

For Commission work to be accepted a 30% nonrefundable deposit needs to be made. Before pick up/local drop off or shipment of work, full payment must be made. Lost of deposit if client does not take work once completed. No refunds made to commission works.

Shipping;

‘All shipping will be sent within 2- 3 business days. Shipping is paid by the client Nangamay does not take any responsibility for the handling of product once shipped.
